Studio Anise

Studio Anise has some very nice things, but the service is horrific. I waited over a year for a sofa and some bathroom fixtures despite being originally told that they would be 2-3 months. Every step of the way required me to pester. I would never buy anything that was not in stock from this store again.

Fantastic place to buy modern furniture. We bought a lamp and a dining set from them. The staff was professional and very well informed. Delivery was a week ahead of schedule. Made our day. They use a nice delivery company that actually clean up before leaving. We recommend this place.

From the time I walked into the store until the time I left, there was always a staff person or the owner to answer my questions on the brands they carried. Paul asked questions which gave him an idea of what style of furniture I was looking for. After I put my order in, he gave me a delivery date, actually it came a day earlier. Paul stated he changed the way the shipments were coming because they were not dependable but since he changed to air freight, he has not had a problem, everything has been on time.
I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked into Studio Anise (which is a very classy furniture studio) right through to delivery and even a follow up call from the owner. Thank you for making this such a good experience.

As with several previous customers who reviews Anise Studio, I have am sad to say this store is a scam. Avoid shopping at Anise Studio and you will never have to make endless dean-ended phone calls to Paul Anise. My story is same as everyone else on here who got scammed. I prepaid for an order for bathroom fixtures and never saw anything ... It's been over a year and this is still ongoing. I regret raking with them.

The facts: We paid Paul in full for a couch in August of 2013 and were told to expect delivery that December. That deadline passed and when we tried to ascertain a new timeline all we seemed to get were vague, evasive answers and conflicting information. After many unreturned calls and emails we made a personal visit to the store and ultimately had to contact the manufacturer directly. They apologized for Studio Anise's delinquency and arranged for the final delivery themselves. After all was said and done, we didn't received the couch until the end of May 2014. A painful process all around.
