STS Tire

UGH - nice people - totally incompetent - Took the car in for new tires - came back 4 hours later at closing time and the car was on the lift - no tires - they had put the wrong tires on and had to find ones that fit. Half hour later drove out on my "new" tires. Two days later drove it on the highway - shaking all over the road at 55 MPH - they had not balanced the tires - I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. Took it back - 4 hours later they were balanced. Took it home and noticed that the air was low in two tires - filled them up but two days later they were nearly flat. Took it back. Manager said if there were no nails in the tires they would give me new ones. When I came back they had repaired the valve stems, not replaced the tires - so after TWELVE hours of wait time, I have tires with repaired valve stems.

Great service, the only people I trust with my car! I've been to many STS Tires, and few have earned my service the way this one has. They have never once overcharged me or attempted to pull one over on me. Everyone is friendly, the waiting-area is kept clean, and the work is top-notch. Would definitely recommend!

Trustworthy, honest & straightforward....this is the place to go! Jason is very welcoming and attentive and the guys in the garage treat your car as if it were their own. Very fair prices and quick service!

We have used STS Tire in Montclair for the past 5-6 years and have always found them to be helpful, reasonable and professional. The main reason is the manager Jason. He is always friendly and takes his job seriously. He has been there for some time and is always willing to spend the time to offer alternatives that are not the most expensive. There is no bait and switch regarding tires, parts or labor. What they quote is what you pay. Like with most businesses it comes down to customer service and honesty and STS of Montclair has both.
