DO NOT GO THIS PLACE IN UNION CITY NJ, OR YOU WILL FACE NIGHTMARE !! worst service, rude front desk. full of attitude

Thought my tire had a leak because light kept coming on. They checked for me and filled my tires (they were just low from weather changes). They also gave me new covers for the valves since I was missing some. Manager was nice and friendly!!

In one word, they are pathetic..!! The guys on the shop floor are not at all qualified to do the job. Half of them are rookie and the manager/receptionist Fernando is very arrogant and rude. I bought brand new brake rotors/pads (front and rear) from Advanced Auto Parts located next door to this STS. I paid STS installation charges. God knows what they did, but AFTER installation I started having loud squeaking noise from front side. I went back to get it fixed, the technician (with his exceptional guessing abilities) figured out that the noise was coming driver side front brake. He disassembled the wheel and cleaned the brake pad/rotor and reassembled it back. I highly doubted that his simple fix would have solved the issue and my fear became real the very next morning. Same squeaking sound AGAIN..!! I went back to get it fixed again. This time the technician tried the passenger side (of course now there was no guess work required) because earlier he tried driver's side. Same stupid trick and same results AGAIN..!! I went there third time and now they decided to do same trick again but on both sides together (which was kinda frustrating and funny). When I went for fourth time, the receptionist/manager Fernando started throwing attitude that he cannot do anything and I cannot keep coming back with same issue. He started blaming me that I must have bought cheap parts. (Sucker must have forgot that I purchased the most expensive and best parts based on his recommendation a month ago). Left with no choice, I got the part replaced from Advances Auto and the technician replaced it. Last words from rude Fernando were - if it still makes noise, I should NOT come back to STS for a fix..!! Basically told me that they cannot fix the problem that they created in the first place. Exceptional customer service.. Right..??!!
