STS Tire & Auto Center

The old manager was great he would take care of you but now the new manager Richie is not helpful at all. They wanted to keep the car over a day just to change tires. I'm not coming back here anymore.

I had a Tire blowout on me on the way home, saw STS while slowly driving to house (like at 20mph) and thought to myself "oh good a tire shop!" I pulled in and asked if they had something there in my size (needed a 215/35 - 18); they didn't and told me that they would have it in on Monday, so I was happy. Monday comes along and I get a call from them asking if I know where the key for the wheels is... Now I have some after market wheels with low profile tires (215/35) that are on 18''; it stands to reason with me that if you're a tire shop that I can order said tires for after market rims and also order rims from the shop that you would have the right tools for the job. Needing the key (its not even a key it's an extension socket that you can pick up from any auto store) never crossed my mind do in large part that every car shop that I have taken my car to had there own.

do not go here... for anything.. EVER!

This location is wrong. The actual store is located about 2.2 miles west of here.
