Ok place for stock cars but they do not know how to work with wheel spacers and are always rushing through their work and then killing time so they can charge you more labor

I have been taking my auto to the Rockaway Boulevard Queens location exclusively since January 2014 on the occasion of annual inspection which was my first servicing with STS Tire & Auto. That first experience of being treated respectfully by both the service agent and mechanic gave me reason to bring my older vehicle for a difficult repair of the coolant system convincing me that I found an auto service center that I can depend on for quality parts, speedy service, sound advice and fair pricing.
Here I am writing this review December 2015 upon service again to my older vehicle for brake service where they demonstrated to me convincingly that my older vehicle needed tie rods as well so the recently replaced tire set would not wear unevenly.
I recommend the South Ozone Park Queens location highly as I would recommend my mother for sound advice.

Don't take your car here. Thier misguided promise of quality service will leave you with wasted money and incompetent service. The first time I went I changed the tires, brake pads and rotors. I had to come back because I had a scratching and screeching sound when I drove at low speeds which was the result of defective warped rotors. The goonish staff was reluctant to fix the problem. I left without the issue being resolved. The second time I decided to take my car elsewhere when the noise persisted along with feeling heavy vibrations at 55 mph. The culprit? Sticking calipers due to slap job reassembly and once again warped out of round brake rotors. Don't give this place your business. You'll only regret it.
