They were supposed to take care of my crown after a root canal with a specialist that they referred, but before my root canal sessions ended they phoned me and said that they no longer accept DMO insurance. It felt like getting dumped. Bad business practice. I would not recommend this group. It's probably a blessing because after reading the negative reviews here, I'm afraid to go back there now.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..After 10 minutes with the receptionist trying to explain that they did take my insurance I was transferred to the office manager who knew less but used her nastiness to try to cover up her stupidity. If you want to be talked to and disrespected this place is for you. Do yourself a favor find a different dentist. One star is one too many.

Please never go to this clinic. I really wanted to give 0 star since that option is not there I am giving one star.
I totally agree to Eduardo Doroteo and Nishatur Rahman reviews as I had the similar experience. I went there for my wisdom tooth extraction. First day when I went there the Doctor was not available and they didn’t even had the courtesy to call us and inform. Then they told me to come next week that was on Oct. My two wisdom tooth in the lower jaw was extracted (which was a surgery as tooth was not completely came out) and Doctor suggested me to take the upper jaw wisdom tooth as it was completely came out, and it can touch lower jaw. We agreed and did that. They told us a copay of 20% as rest is covered by our insurance. We agreed upon with the rate. Doctor offer me by written and I accept and get the treatment and I paid in full. Then after 6 months I got a call from their office telling me to pay another 100$. I asked them for the bill and in the bill they have put 4 oral surgeries even though I had only 2 and the rest 2 was just pulling out the teeth. She was very rude on talking. So please don’t believe them. Really these people are very dishonest and have questionable business practices.

Another thing is regarding the cleaning Doctor Remya did. It was very quick like 10 minutes max and very painful. She was very careless and cleaned very roughly in the numb area and my lips got hurt not only that she took out one filling during cleaning and suggested me to do crown fixing so that they can make more money.

Never Never go to this clinic.

In response to Leonardo Ocasio's review, when he called we advised him that there was no dentist in the office today and that it must had been a misunderstanding about an appointment for today. The office manager advised him to go the the emergency room or go to another dental office that accepts his insurance for this emergency visit. Unfortunately the dentist is on vacation for 3 weeks and the only dentist in office is not here until Monday. Mr. Ocasio's last visit to our office was Dec of 2015 at which time we referred him to an oral surgeon for extraction. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience for the patient but office is to follow emergency protocol which is to refer patient to another office. Mr. Ocasio is welcome to come in on Monday if he's not able to seek emergency care at another office.

Do yourself a favor, save your time and go somewhere else.

First time I went I couldn't find the office at first, later found out it was behind another office that was in front of it. Once I found it I couldn't really even believe it was a dentist , the whole office is practically the size of my living room.
I go in for a cleaning, now at this time I have not gone for a cleaning in quite some time , despite the fact that I once had braces (so actually familiar with teeth pain) after the cleaning the doc gave me, I remember noting that A. I have never been in that much pain at the dentist ever before period. B. My gums were in so much pain and my mouth did not even feel that clean , she only took like 10 mins to do the cleaning which is also the fastest cleaning I've ever gotten. I remember telling myself psh never coming back here again.

When I went to the office I found out I needed my wisdom teeth removed , so I first attempt to go to another office but due to the fact that their next available date was much farther than preferred, so I decided to try again with strong root in effort to relieve myself of the pain sooner. So my appointment was set for 9:45 am and I was told to come early so I made sure to do self only to find out half hour of sitting at the office that in reality I had 3-4 people ahead of me easily resulting in me having to wait an additional hour , hour and a half , so now despite all this I decide I don't have time to just be burning in the office so I notify the secretary and let her know I was leaving , to only get a call back from her about 5 mins after lecturing me on the importance of being patient and waiting for others to finish their procedure. She continued to lecture telling me on how they cannot speed up anyone else procedure, to accommodate me for and at this point I'm continuously trying to explain to her how I'm not asking to accommodate anything for me.

Eventually she happily reminds me how she's is going to send me a $50 bill for canceling. I told her to do whatever she must.

Decided to give this place a second chance and regretted and wasted my morning. So many other good dental offices in jersey city. Save yourself the headache.
