I joined boot camp in Oceanside, Long Island 2 months ago and my body literally changed within the first 2 weeks. I used to think it would take forever and a day to lose weight...I can't believe how quickly I saw results.
Joining bootcamp was the best thing I could have done - I get to work out with motivating women every morning and I am continuing to change my body each day.
When I heard "boot camp" I cringed, thinking that I'd have some crazy lady screaming in my ear to do military style pushups and thousands of crunches. Lo and behold I found the camp to be acutally FUN, the trainer Shae is a sweetheart, and on any given day you can find us all running the obstacles and laughing like children in gym class.
I'm so glad I joined, you won't be disappointed. Its a heck of a lot better than being in a sweaty gym!
