I feel like at home there. The owners are very nice and friendly. Every time I needed help Nelson has been always ready to help me. Unfortunately, I live in Manhattan, so sometimes, during the winter it's hard to get to there.

Can't say enough about this place.Love my experience every time i come here,the service is exceptional.The staff are very knowledgable and the bikes and accessories are top of the line.Also the community here make u feel at home from weekend rides to training rides.Great way to meet people that share the passion of riding bike.

I had to figure a way to get in shape. Decided on cycling since I've been going to spin classes for the last year. Stopped in a couple of shops in Bergen/Hudson area. No one had the inventory this shop had. I purchased 4 bikes in one year from this shop because of the sales dept ask for "CJ". Customer service and the mechanics are great . When you spend thousands of dollars on a bike not many people can work on them. Gato only touches my bikes. I love cycling because of the atmosphere built around this shop inside and out. Weekend rides always leaves from there 100 pounds later I have not one regret. I thank Strictly for that.

C.J. is the man. Awesome customer service. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the bike shop is an enthusiasts dream. Great inventory.

If you need it, they have it and the service is always great. Very busy and fun atmosphere. Seems like everyone rolls out for their rides from here
