Good bang for your buck. Customer service was always very pleasant especially when it was time for me to cancel with them. Walter was very helpful and pleasant.

This location is very new (and, in fact, still partially under construction at this time), but thanks to that they offer some great rates on storage. Very accessible by road (just a block from the Bruckner off-ramp of the Willis Ave Bridge), though not as much by train — it's about a half-mile walk from the nearest #6 stop.

The layout is a little overcrowded and maze-like, with some levels having steel grid deck "floors" and some units being tricky to access. (Entrances around corners, doors that swing open into the accessway, etc.) So, depending on where in the facility your unit is located, it can be tricky to store larger items or move a lot of stuff in and out. But especially for lighter, more compact storage needs, Storage Post can be a great resource and the price is right!
