I do not know where all high rating comes from. The facility itself is acceptable, but the way they do business in deceptive. Here goes this charge and here goes another charge knowing that these charges outweighs the process of going to another facility provider. The manager even lied to me that storage insurance is mandatory, but the signed paperwork stated it is not mandatory. Would highly recommend next door storage blue. Don't let them hold you hostage.

Luis and maria just really know how to work for the customer. I mean above and beyond they really are straight up and frank with me on cost and the best value for my needs. I would recommend anyone in the area here it's a family!

Great experience here at Storage King USA in Newark, NJ. The staff are very courteous and knowleable. The manager Maria and my coordinator Luis were very friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. I highly recommend them.

Storage king usa in newark is the best storage i had ever been to. It is very clean and also everyone that works there is very good and have good skills with costumers. Plus Louis and Maria has excellent costumer service and they takes care of all costumers needs and even go out of their way to help everyone. STORAGE KING USA IS THE BEST!!!

I would highly recommend using this facility. It is clean well ling and Luis was outstanding from lease signing to scheduling. If you need storage, choose Storage King USA!!!
