I used the Long Island City location and received excellent customer service. I was in a very difficult position trying to move at the end of the month and the staff was extremely reasonable and willing to work with me to find a solution. Thank you very much for the exceptional experience and I would most certainly recommend this location to any one I know who is planning on using self-storage.
