If you're looking for a burger or hotdog and a shake, hard to beat. The back deck area is great for kids, too.

Great burger buns. BUrgers have gotten a bit smaller over time, to the point it is noticable. Flavors and topping selections are great.

Been going to Stony's Restaurant for a long time. Menu is burgers, fries, Sandwiches, Salads and some other unique to Stony items which are all very tasty. The service is pretty quick and the menu is just enough. I have two favorite areas. The quiet inside cafe area by the front is great for using your PC or tablet and getting some work done. It's even better for eating your meal and just watching the world go by. The outside area in the back is lovely and wonderful on a warm spring, summer or fall night. They have live music sometimes and they do cook some of their food outside on an open grill. Great place to kick back and enjoy your meal.

As a Seton Hall parent I look forward to visiting the University so I can stop by Stony's my favorite place in the SO Village to get a Bomber burger. The Bomber is a double burger perfectly charbroiled with a good helping of your favorite cheese cooked on the perfect bun. I add the fresh Avocado and the burger melts in your mouth.. The environment is great adding the outdoor patio that makes you feel like your on the Jersey Shore and sometimes has entertainment. I appreciate the SHU feel there making it feel like a homey college town..
