Been coming here for years. Never had a problem with them before. My glasses are always on time with the right repairs and prescription

They give good service until they get their money. I needed a fast pair of glasses because mine broke. They promised they would have my new pair ready in 1 day and would call me if anything changed/when the glasses were ready. They never called me, not once. I had to call them every single time I wanted an update. Three days later, when I decided to just pop into the store to check on my glasses they turned out to be ready, and I never received a call the entire time. They did not adjust my glasses for me upon pickup. When I asked for my glasses case (I bought a pair of Fendi glasses) they gave me a plain black glasses case and told me they had to order the name brand case. The woman I picked up my glasses from was very rude and dismissive, did not seem at all interested in my satisfaction.
