STATEN ISLAND PLUMBING, HEATING & A/C

I Love SI PLUMBING! I have to say it! I own a house in Staten Island that I rent to my amazing tenant while I live on Long Island. Needless to say there are the occasional problems with the home. This past summer I went to Florida and I received a phone call from my tenant that the Air Conditioner was not working. I did a google search on my iphone and SI plumbing came up so I called and spoke with the amazing AnnMarie! She not only calmed me down because I was nervous about not being in NY when there was a problem, but it was as if she was my friend and said "what's your tenants number? I will call him and take care of everything" I got a phone call from her a few moments later saying that they were at the house, it was something easy to fix, and she can have it done right away and then I was able to pay by phone and the price was very reasonable." Now again last night my tenant calls me telling me the boiler was not working and I knew exactly who to call! Annmarie at Staten Island Plumbing! I called at 11:45pm and she picked up as cheerful as anything and said "no problem Jennifer" (she remembered me) "I will take care of it." I received a phone call today telling me the problem was simple, she got my go ahead to fix it and then once again paid by phone and felt totally taken care of. My tenant is also a happy guy. He calls me, I call them Problems Solved! They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone any day! Fast and Reliable! And they do an amazing job!
