Terrible! Two guys came over cut my drain pipe from my bathtub to replace it, and said Homedepot does not have the pipes they need. They both had argued with each other the whole time they were there. Told me theres nothing we could do, call back Monday. They took off
FAST! Left me with no working shower!
I called somebody else the next day ,he did get parts from Homedepot, finished in 1hr. I called SI Plumbing to complain, they never got back! What kind of busness is this? DO NOT HIRE SI PLUMBING, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

Representative on the phone was very rude. Took my number and said that plumber will call me in 20-30 min. No one ever called. called them 2nd time and after about 30 min plumber called me and said that he will come in about 30 min. Nobody ever came after all. I've lost whole day waiting. When I've called them again, I was told that nobody will come and I should call some one else. Terrible experience. Save your time, call some one else. There are many companies on the market.

I was really pleased with this company. They were very polite, thorough and professional. I would recommend them to all my friends. I thought I was going to need a whole new heating system and they just replaced one little part and my heat is working beautifully.

My water heater broke in my basement a week or so ago. A friend of mine recommended SI Plumbing & Heating. I called and spoke to the owner Anthony, within an hour a very helpful, educated, and courteous repair man was sent to my house he gave me a incredibly reasonable price and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in the SI area looking for a great plumber. As i have already recommended them to my brother who just had the same issue as mine. And he received the same service. Thank you to SI plumbing for saving me :)

I had a sewer back-up front my basement, I called siplumbing standing in 1 inch of water during a rain storm. They had a man at my house within the hour named Randy. Nice guy, he brought a sub-pump and connected it to an outside line. Within minutes water was gone. Fast service, fair prices, will definitely use siplumbing again.
