I wish I could not give a rating since I only came here for a week. Its too expensive for me, but well worth the money- large open space, great atmosphere/attitude (very motivating/supportive) and smart guys running the gym. They also give discounts for military/ems/public service people. Very nice people. Its also clean and comes with a daycare.

They also recommend the paleo diet and have the option of ordering grass fed beef through them.

If you would like to venture into the world of CrossFit, this is definitely the place for you. The coaches are great at what they do. They will direct you, motivate you and hand you all of the tools you will require for success. All of those looking to better their level of fitness, or looking to start on a journey of healthy living this is the place to do that. I can't say enough about SIC.
