As good as it gets with service! We just had our Bosch dishwasher repaired by the technician from Staten Island Appliance Repair, and my wife and I have never been more impressed by any type of service technician. We previously had another company out to diagnose the problem. After 30 minutes of poking, prodding and a lot of watching of the playoff game I had on, he determined the pump was bad and we needed a new one. The pump and service was estimated at too much $$$ to pay. Even worse, the part would not be in for 3 weeks which meant way too many days of hand washing dishes. Time to try other options. I called Staten Island Appliance Repair and their technician was at our house within 30 minutes. We explained what was going on and immediately he knew the two possible causes without touching a thing. About 10 minutes later he had confirmed his hunch and had the dishwasher working. He spent plenty of time thoroughly investigating to ensure there wasn't an underlying cause to the problem. During the time this guy spent working on our dishwasher I honestly feel like I received years' worth of education on dishwashers in general, and specific knowledge on our Bosch. He is a dishwasher genius, if there is such a thing. I honestly would have paid for the education alone.

My fridge went down over Labor Day weekend and I lost a lot of food. I tried one Appliance service but they didn't return my call until the next day. The serviceman arrived early and worked fast. The problem turned out to be a bad heater. I didn't even know a refrigerator had a heater but it's true. He explained everything, answered all my questions and gave me the bad heater part. He even stayed longer to put back together things that I took apart. I have never called for an appliance repair man but I will be calling Staten Island Appliance Repair first and every time from now on. They arrived early, worked fast and the price was fair. Honesty, hard work and integrity should always be rewarded.

I recently had a leaking problem with my Whirlpool duet Washing machine. I called Staten Island Appliance Repair based on the good reviews on Google. Quick service and their technician showed up as he said on Monday morning. He gave me a call before coming over, and was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the cracked hose problem, and gave me my options for the repair. He checked the pricing and availability of the replacement hose and gave me the cost to do the work. The replacement part came in within a few days and the technician came right out and installed and secured the hose (which whirlpool doesn't do on the machine) then ran the machine a number of times thru different cycles, and made sure there was no more water leaking from the machine. He was very professional, honest and personable, and I would highly recommend this Appliance Repair service in Staten Island if you are looking for any appliance repair work to be professionally done.

My dryer stopped working the other day and I called Staten Island Appliance Repair. Their office was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment within a couple hours. The technician Boris was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly fix my dryer. (He was also very clean and respectful of my home, unlike other repairmen I've used in the past.) I am very thankful I do not have to buy a new dryer and will definitely use them again as they were very prompt and professional. I highly recommend. A+++

When I recently call to Staten Island Appliance Repair customer service all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. I work fulltime and they worked around my schedule, I didn't have to work around theirs. When the technician arrived he was on time. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my GE refrigerator that stopped cooling and it didn't take long to fix the problem. He was very efficient with his time and work and saved me money on buying new refrigerator. While I was asking thousands of questions he was very courteous in answering them. I have never felt more comfortable about paying for my service bill. I knew that this is an honest company and I will use Staten Island Appliance Repair for any other appliance problems I have.
