State Farm: Sam Balady

I have to say I that I will definitely be recommending Sam Balady/State Farm Insurance to my family and friends. A little bit on my back story... I had previously been misled to believe that I was saving "a ton" of money with another well known insurance agency(unknowingly paying for fees not discussed up front and inflated quotes). Following a friends encouragement to switch from the current agency that I had been with, I then met with Mr. Balady. The customer service experience I received was exceptional.

Mr. Balady was very knowledgeable and informative; and has since been more than accommodating any time that I have questions about my different policies. He made every aspect of my insurance easy to understand, as he answered every question courteously.

Needless to say, I have switched my auto, home, and life insurance to State Farm; and I have no regrets. Not to mention, my savings account has been increased signicifantly!

I love having an agent to not only explain what I have but also what my options are. When I call for a change or to adjust a payment there are no hidden charges. Sam is always straight forward with me and listens to me. State Farm is the way all insurance companies should be. Great experience with this company
