I typically do no write reviews whether the service done for me was good or bad but sometimes praise is deserved when someone goes over and beyond to make sure you are getting the best.
From the minute I got on the phone with Edwin Matta; a State Farm agent, my worries began to dissipate. I was still accommodating to New York life after a couple of months and was in a tight spot with my car. Edwin not only offered me affordable full coverage on my 2012 Altima but also gave me the opportunity to feel insured in the apartment that my girlfriend and I rent out.
His relatable personality and expertise on the subject matter made me feel as if I were talking to a long time friend who just so happened to be an insurance agent. I felt no pressure, hassle or obligations when I sat down with him in person and everything we had discussed prior on the phone from prices to state limits were exactly the same.
His professional manner is top quality coming from someone who deals in that industry and I know because I have been jumping from insurance agent to insurance agent in the past few years. I believe he wanted the best for me and gave me advice that would benefit me in the long run.
All in all, if I could summarize my experience and feelings revolving around this State Farm agency and Edwin specifically it would have to be as such. I did not feel as if they were forcing a package deal down my throat or trying to sell me overpriced insurance. He listened to my situation, gave his expertise on the manner and supplied me with the necessary insurance. I am more than grateful and look forward to working with them for a while. I fully recommend their services for all your insurance needs.
