I'm happy with my agent Christian he has helped me from my auto insurance renters insurance and home insurance is been a wonderful experience now I'm looking forward to adding other policies that he has percent that to me.

Dealing with this agency has been one of the worse experience i have ever encounter. I had homeowner insurance with another company but was searching for a better rate. Agent, Jose D. was totally clueless about their application procedure and stated i was approved for a better policy rate without underwriting approval. After i discontinue my previous insurance and Jose D. taking my money, one week later he calls and said underwriting deny the policy. I have not receive all of my initial money after two months, and Jim VonEiff is (NEVER) in the office to resolve this issue. Since his manager Kenny V. have been giving me the run-around i'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have been dealing with State Farm for just over a year. I am so impressed with this office that I had to share it. They are polite, professional and always on their game. It seems to be across the board since I don't always speak to the same person but always get the same results. The situation gets handled every time and always with just on call. My last experience reflected the same attention, Michelle went above and beyond to assist me. It's refreshing to actually get customer service. Keep up the good work!!!!!
