- Terrible #67396

If there were an option for half a star, I would have given them that rating. The half a star is for the office assistant who was finally able to resolve my issue. This office is unprofessional and incompetent. Simple changes to a policy took 2 months and several unanswered emails and phone calls from the office manager. If that's how this office manager, Steven Bartlett, handles his business, I would think this does not bode well for the rest of this office. I'm switching agencies and dealing with another agent. State farm is lucky I didn't drop them altogether!
