Amazing place to train. Stick with it and you will be in the best shape of your life. Coach has a keen understanding of biomechanics and goes out of his way to explain things to the class in a way that will make you understand what you are doing and why. Everyone gets personalized attention, this gym is suitable for all fitness levels.
