Dr. Nancy is very rude, impatient, and always rushing her patients out the chair. Everytime I've gone here, always the same bad customer service with her. Majority of the secretaries are vulgar and have an attitude. I went in for a check up and I end up needing a filling. The hygienist was very professional, prompt, and respectful. When I was frustrated another kind gentlemen began my injection and filling. When dr. Nancy saw this she told him to get out and let her finish it. All in all, I sat in a chair waiting an hour just to get a filling and after she was done she just walked out without saying anything to me. I asked if I could see it, it was the medical assistant that helped me and greeted me goodbye. My filling began breaking apart within two hours and I came in the next day, prior to calling, and had to wait to hours just to see if my filling was there because it's to far back for me to see; waited two hours and I was high agitated just for dr. Nancy to tell me it's there and to argue with me about her bad customer service. I will not be going back and wouldn't advise anybody to go to this dental location. If you must due to horrible insurance conditions, as I had in the past, I'd suggest avoid seeing dr. Nancy.
