The staff is very friendly. However when you receive medication you should receive a print out with the side effects for that specific medication. That is not done at Starling Pharmacy. Also a list of medications you are allergic to should be included in your file there.
Counseling about that medication should be available to the customer. This was not the case at Starling Pharmacy and for some this can be a risk to their health. Also women are talked down to when they ask questions. Many women in this area are college educated and they should expect intelligent questions. We should not be made uncomfortable. Patients have a right to be informed.
