EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I was impressed with the professionalism of the owner and the other sales people. They have a wide selection to choose from.Their competence and efficiency had me fitted for a tuxedo very quickly. It was ready two days later as promised, even during their busy season. The tuxedo fit perfectly and looked great. My experience was very pleasant and positive. I highly recommend Starlight Tuxedos.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! FROM THE VERY 1ST DAY THAT WE CAME IN, THE OWNER HELPED US AND I MUST SAY HE WAS NOT VERY PLEASANT OR HELPFUL TO DEAL WITH. HE SAID HE COULDNT ORDER A CERTAIN COLOR TUXEDO FOR US WHICH WAS OK. THEN WE WENT IN ANOTHER DAY AND WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT THEY CAN ORDER THE TUXEDO WE WANTED.FROM THE VERY BEGINNING WE TOLD THEM THAT THE RING BEARER'S TUXEDO HAD TO BE THE SAME COLOR AS THE GROOM'S. WE WENT TO PICK UP THE TUXEDOS THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING AND I KNOW WE SHOULDVE CHECKED THEM BEFORE TAKING THEM HOME BUT WE DIDNT AND WHEN THEY WERE GETTING DRESSED THE DAY OF THE WEDDING WE FOUND THAT THE RING BEARERS TUXEDO WAS A TOTAL DIFFERENT COLOR AND 1 OF THE GROOMSMEN TUXEDO HAD CAKE STAINS ALL OVER, AND THE GROOM SHOE LACES AND SHIRT WERE DIRTY! WE THEN CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW AND THEY TOLD US TO BRING THEM BACK AND THEY WILL SEE IF THEY CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO REMIND THEM ABOUT THE COLOR FOR THE RING BEARERR & THAT WE WERE SUPPOSE CHECK THEM WHEN WE PICKED THEM UP. I THEN SAID TO THEM, NO YOU GUYS WERE SUPPOSE TO CHECK THEM AND MAKE SURE THEY WERE OK BEFORE WE PICKED THEM UP. WHEN WE WENT TO RETURNED THE TUXEDOS THE OWNER WAS VERY RUDE & NASTY AND SAID HE WASNT GIVING US BACK THE $50 DEPOSIT BECAUSE WERE WE LATE 1 DAY TO RETURN 1 TUXEDO. I JUST THOUGHT THAT THE SERVICE WAS POOR AND THE OWNER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMAUTURE. HE COULD OF GIVEN US BACK OUR DEPOSIT BECAUSE OF THE INVENIENCE THAT THEY PUT US THROUGH. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, GO ELSEWHERE!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!

Horrible experience. I rented a suit on a tuesday for a friday wedding. I was told to pick up the suit on the thursday before the wedding after 2pm but before 5:30 when they closed. After driving through the snow I found a small note on the door saying they were closed due to the weather. Ok, not such a big deal since I could still pick up the suit the next morning before the wedding and I would be fine. The next morning I called over and over until finally I gave up knowing they were closed once again due to weather (though nobody else around them was).

So, after attending the wedding I gave them a call to ask them why they didn't call me to let me know they were closing and how to get the suit? I was told I should've called before picking it up anyways (why would I when he gave me such a specific pickup window) and that I could've still picked it up on saturday morning. After reminding him that the wedding was actually friday and that he wasn't making much sense, he basically gave me a "tough luck" and "you're not getting your twenty bucks back."

Now, not that I even care about my $20 deposit but the immaturity in dealing with this company has been overwhelming. The funny thing in this whole story is when I originally went in to get the suit sized, the manager was complaining about how he can't even afford a sandwich for lunch with the amount of customers coming through the door these days. I totally understand why that is now!...unfortunately, it looks like he may not understand the problem any time soon. Save your money and your frustration, go elsewhere.
