Great place, clean and organized. However, I had my Caramel Macchiato flavorless and aftertaste of burned coffee. I had it made twice and both times the same thing.
Girl gave me taste of that grumpy look as I don't know what I am talking about or I was telling her that she does a bad job....

Why is it that every other Starbucks employee except for one has told me that he's not allowed to touch the food to mix everything in the oatmeal as if he doesn't want to go the extra mile? Doing this in the car makes a mess! Starbucks company has already gone the extra mile and put gratuity on the app like no other place has done before. Why is it that this employee cannot understand the connection between going extra mile and the reward of receiving gratuity.
