I don't understand some of these reviews. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this dairy queen. Dairy queen is one of my fiance's favorites. I'm more of a custard kind of girl. But, for ice cream, they are always quick and friendly.
The guy who reviewed about price. I thought these reviews were about the service and the product, not the price. You should contact Dairy queen corporate then. Also, as far as I know, prices come right from corporate. Prices are usually a regional thing.. an ice cream in NJ/NY is going to cost more than an ice cream in North Dakota. (Or, somewhere else rural.)

Kids meal is supposed to come with chips and a treat. Was charged extra for chips and told ice cream wasn't included, even tho it says so on the menu. Same with adult meals, the chips were extra. Definately NEVER going there again.
