A fantastically run Starbucks. The staff was ultra-professional, friendly and efficient. The place is clean, and all the sweetners, straws, napkins, etc. were fully stocked.
I also noticed that, even while training two neophytes (yet another sign the managment does it by the book), there was no interruption the the rapid flow of service from just two employees deep in the weeds.

I go to this location twice a week. Much better than the one down the street. Definitely faster. Order is always correct.

Today I waited 30minutes for a waffle cone frappuccino that I had order and paid. First they gave my order to wrong person. Then Staff said he was gona make it again and manager assure that it was gonna be made and still staff member forgot. Everyone that had came in got there order except me. Worst service. Lucky I was not in bad mood. But seriously they need to wake up. Smh.
