Bought 3 pairs of shoes online about a week and a half ago.. Still has not shipped yet so I called once and received terrible customer service. Also emailed but no response and it has been 4 days.

Decent selection of sneakers but HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in and none of the 3 or 4 young men working there said hello or asked if I needed to see anything. Typical sneaker boutique arrogance. Customer service is a #1 priority.

Always have what you need! The staff is super friendly and are always willing to help and guide you through everything looove it.. Cant wait till i visit the one in japan
