Went here on my way to an interview. They had air conditioning, so I didn't walk into my interview a sweaty mess. While I was there, I had a small green tea. It was exactly what I wanted in that moment.
Also, they had Justin Timberlake circa 2008 playing when I walked in, so 5 stars for you, starbucks.

Unbelievable powermat ring for charging your phone really. and you havent implemented also no one uses it your staff doesnt know how to use so what the hell. Why is it that in 3rd world countries you can charge your phone and get free wifi no problem? And I dont understand why destroying your power sources (and reducing power on your outlets) before this program is in place is the best decision. There are paying customers who pay your company the inflated amt you ask for your products and don't even squat for hours wtf? Its okay to let nasty hobos and vagrants come in and squat but oh a paying customer wants to charge a phone throw a hissy fit never had issues before what gives? BYE STARBUCKS BYE. I would have even understand if you decided to close your bathrooms atleast that makes sense.

Starbucks are Starbucks. Nothing special at this location. The seating is sub par and the layout forces people to push past other people.

It's a small starbucks with very limited seats. I usually take my coffee to go. The staffs are friendly and outgoing. The coffee is always good and on point. Overall go place to stop for coffee and latte.

There are serious problems at Starbucks on 76 Ninth avenue. It seems that there is no manager at the site to control and reprimand employees who are extremely rude and offensive towards the customers. I am a long time resident of the block and active on the Community Board. My neighbors and I worked very hard advocating for jobs specially for local minorities at this Starbucks before it opened its doors. Unfortunately, most of the African American female employees are ready to pick a fight with the customers with no justification. They are angry, belligerent and freely use abusive language towards the customers without a legitimate reason. The supervisors or whoever is in charge completely ignores the offensive behavior by being silent or taking the belligerent employee's side. Most of my neighbors have had similar bad experience and are no longer shopping at this store. Starbucks needs to get more civilized people to work for them. We regret deeply having advocating for these people getting jobs.
