great location near the 1 train, and often not very busy.. they don't have a lot of tables but there's always a place to sit, and I've never found a long line.

I go there almost every day, so you can consider me a regular.
First of all – great staff! Also, great location – right by the 110th st stop (Line 1).
The only problem – bathroom. It's not only dirty (like in any other NYC Starbucks since
people are people and there are many of them passing by and not cleaning up after themselves),
but it also tends to get out of order way too often and for
way too long, so if you intend to spend there at least a couple of hours,
I would recommend to check first whether the bathroom works.

Terrible service! Worst ever! I have never experienced this at any other starbucks. My coffee was not how I asked for it. They guy did it again, but with an attitude and criticizing my taste.
