The employees seem miserable and totally uninterested in doing their job, and when they make your order wrong they look like they're going to spit in your redo.

The staff is nice, but this place is twice the cost, much too crowded, dirty and loud compared to Grounded Coffee just around the corner on Jane Street. Of course, I have a bias against Starbucks, since I prefer to spend less and have more time to enjoy my drinks.

It use to be like the best Starbucks abt 6 years ago.. loved and miss the people who worked there. but the manager lady shes disgusting. her attitude is horrible,
