Starbucks

Very small. The barista told me she loved my hat. Ordered a small hot white chocolate to go. Very friendly customer service. I rarely frequent Starbucks, but I really like this one.

I do not like this location for a few reasons.
1. Customer support is hardly used here. The place is usually pack. If a partner took the time to clean, swipe, speak with customers this place would be better.

2. The attitude that I received when I made an order was not a pleasant one. Majority of the time they are rude, not smiling or asking me "what do you want?" Umm I came for coffee but I do not need to get asked like that. I feel like they were not trained properly at all.

3. I been two this location 5 times only compared to the hundred times I went to my favorite locations. I tried to give this location a chance. When I worked in the location this Starbucks was my only close by choice. After my 5th time I gave up on them and choose to wait it out to go to my favorite spot.

4. I ordered a Strawberry Acaí (THIS WAS MY 5th and only time I ever went back to this location). I was drinking my drink and started looking at the cup. I NOTICED A LONG DAMN PIECE OF HAIR ON THE INSIDE ON THE SIDE MIXED WITH MY ICE. OH THAT WAS IT! The manger I spoke to on the phone was my only reason why I did not make a huge customer service report and calling the district manager on them. I was able to get a new drink. On the outside of that drink was a peice of hair. That made me know that this place is not a well kept clean place at all! I am never going back to this location. I am over this one.

The nicest service! I asked for soy milk, but when it came out with regular milk, not only did she remake it, but gave me a larger size. They really care about keeping the customer happy! :) Plus I love the tables for working on my laptop, plenty of outlets, and a table top charger for your smart phone. Great place to chill.
