This is a very small and crowded space- the staff were running around almost barreling into customers with drinks in their hands without so much as an apology. The manager had a very brusque attitude towards simple questions which was unexpected from a place where they sell $5 coffee. And this is to date the only franchise I've visited with no mugs for enjoying a drink on location.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the view was incredible. The build location was probably the last good decision this Starbucks has made.

They cannot handle crowd. Breakfast sandwitches took for ever to make it since there was so much crowd. People got hot drinks before mine was served who were behind in line. They do not how to handle large crowds at peak time.
