I don't mind a Starbucks that's a mob scene but clean. I don't mind a Starbucks that's quiet but dirty (actually I do). But when a Starbucks is both totally packed and totally gross, that's really bad. One redeeming factor was that the staff was polite, amid their seas of discarded cups and sugar packets.
