They are outside of the reg Starbucks franchise so they have a super annoying policy of charging for an extra cup of ice. Some employees are beyond nice and solicitous; some are rude and curmudgeonly. Some are indifferent.

Customer service is extremely poor. Orders came out incorrect unless it was something simple like an iced coffee anything more complex then that I received completely different drinks.

Terrible service, the girl working the cashier was rude and gave you a constant death stare. Order was messed up and took forever to make. No apologizes for the mistake were given. Terrible.
