Free wifi to work on my laptop and free refills if you're a gold member. Comfy chairs in the corner with super cool charging rings in all the tables to charge your phone whether it's android or apple. Single stall bathroom that gets busy cause it's the only starbucks in dumbo but the place is clean and the staff is friendly!

Because i stepped to the store 9:27pm
3 minutes before closing. They didn't let me use the bathroom. They said they dont have coffee anymore and all the cookies and cakes are for display only. I mean dont stay open if you dont give any service.

This store make me feel very bad with Starbucks because they treated us as stupid asian. Yes,we are asian but we talked with them in polite English and good manner. i don t understand why they acted to us like that. i think Starbucks should set up the courses to change attitude and teach them how to contribute the nice service.i hope you will accept the feedback from your loyalty customer like me.i ve been their gold member for 3 years so i can tell which is bad or good service.
