As of this review, the neighborhood lacks quality coffee shops. This is a quality coffee shop. In addition to coffee, they get food made next door. I had a cheese/honey tartine and it was a great combo with my Americano.

Great coffee and even better people. Michael and Kate are the nicest couple on Franklin Ave. Perfect place to grab a coffee on your way to work, or chill out on the patio with your dog. Nighttime sing-alongs are also a blast.
