The list of complaints for this company are endless. If I could I would rate them a zero!

We had new wood floors put in right before Thanksgiving. Within 2 months the boards began separating.

We contacted the owner repeatedly to place a final threshold yet he did not respond until after the new year. When he finally did he said he forgot. Who forgets to finish a job and collect final payment? Someone who knows their work is shotty.

Just as a previous review mentioned, he drops his crew off and disappears. They work fast, but do horrible work. We complained daily about mistakes and damaged or broken boards that were placed. Only to see them appear elsewhere on the floor the following day.

We have contacted him since several times. Each time making an appointment that he never keeps. We have sent him pictures of the boards separating to the point where we see the paper used underneath. He has done NOTHING!

I can go on with how horrible this company operates. We only chose them over Home Depot because they were recommended by an aquaintance for supposedly working extensively with a home designer. NEVER AGAIN!

We have been fortunate to always work with Gabriel directly. He is prompt to his appointments, experienced in his advice, and ultimately he and his crew always do an amazing job for the right price.

We've had hard floors refinished and just recently added vinyl to our basement. We look forward to our next big project of refinishing 3 wood floors and matching to 2 new rooms of prefinished wood!

Definitely recommend - his work speaks for itself!

Gabriel will give you a great price. Then he drops off his crew, leaves and they do a terrible job. They are definitely fast. they removed and replaced wood in our entire first floor in about a day and a half. But they tore off and broke most of the beautiful mouldings in our 100 year old house before installing. When I complained, Gabriel offered to put the newly broken pieces back. Why would I want that? He promised quarter round moulding which he never delivered. We agreed to a particular color for the floors but once he broke the mouldings, we asked him to change the color so that the floor would match the wood paneling on the walls. He agreed but then used the color he had on hand. Worst of all is that our finish is full of bubbles and dust. They are all over the place. His crew put in two saddles and neither of them fits nicely enough - it looks like shotty workmanship. I complained but rather than offering to fix, he complained that I am "playing games with him". He simply refused to back up his work. If you want a cheaper job that looks like a cheaper job, then he's your guy. Otherwise, shop aruond.
