I have been shipping with this company for a while and one of my barrel was lost for 3 months they keep telling me its in Trinidad they finally called me after I had to take a day off to go in the office the owner she is very rude and she made it clear to me if I lose ur barrel u get 500 coverage are u serious what inside it is worth way more than that the team is very unprofessional there conduct is very upsetting its so sad u support ur people and some not all treat u really bad they lost a good customer because of there lack of negligence for people stuff u cant run a business like that something needs to be done......

I had a very bad experience! the people are so rude and they have no manners. They tell u they are coming one time and they never show up. When u call they don't answer. Its been three days later and they have not made one attempt to contact me. i am not sure where they get the people working for them but they need to get better worker!

My experience is TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!I recently shipped two barrels to Piarco Trinidad, upon opening my barrels in the presence of a customs officer, to my horror, I immediately realized about half of the goods in each barrel was stolen. Rice was stolen, spam canned meat was stolen, bed sheets were stolen cookies and so much other items were stolen. It costs so much money, so much time and effort to pack these barrels, and to lose so much is so very painful. But the pain I feel now is nothing close to the pain these thieves will feel as they consume these stolen food. I hope as they eat my family food stuff may they CHOKE and bleed profusely through their rectums...AMEN.

If you want unreliable, unprofessional disappointing service this is the one for you.they are no positives.My rating falls in the minus I have had the misfortune of being unduly expensed by this company twice on both occasion the senders were told the barrel will arrive in two weeks and in both occasion two weeks was two months. The first time I was out thousands of dollars Ii am still counting my losses this time. Since the second sender was unaware that this was the same company that put me out I have made it clear to everyone if they send a barrel by this company the items will rot since I will not deal with this company again even if it is a matter of life and death.
