Their customer service via phone is absolutely horrible!!!!!!
I have been calling for the past hour and have been hung up on 5 times.
My mom is an elderly person that placed an order in the store. She was told she could go pick it up today. In order to save her a trip I have been calling to see if the item has arrived. ( I would pick it up but do not live near her ).
I have always enjoyed buying from staples even though they are a little pricer than discount stores. When calls are not answered or they answer and hang up on you more than once it is usually not a mistake. Managers talk to your workers...please!

I just went there today. I absolutely love how fast costumer service is, and the availability of the products. Plus, there is a cashier named Blessing. She is awesome and the checkout process is very fast. I highly recommend this place.
