Patient service at a fair price.
No gimmick.
No disguise.
No hyped up prices.
Hardworking technician who saved laptop from the evil virus (sadly my saved documents had sacrificed).
Happy ending with a returned laptop at home.
Thinner wallet with life lesson learned - the Internet is a dark, dark place.

The guy here is very nice, modest, professional, treat customer very friendly, i think my computer can go to garbage directly but he saved it, wonderful experience to be here. If i have computer problem in the future i will come here again, Thanks you so much!

Fixed my laptop in one day. Decent price, plus a warranty. Definitely gonna come back here when I have a hardware issue.
