Staff is very helpful but this particular store; never have enough associates to assist customers. Also the prices of items, including emails and fax is to priced for the average customers.

I went to get something printed and the employees were talking amongst themselves joking around looked up at meand ignored me the whole time , I waited about 15 mins to get helped out. The customer service is horrible.

These days, the key is not to find the right store. It is to find the proper resource, such as the right person to assist you! Danielle Brady brings up valid points of which I've also encountered. But you're limited these days with choices. And most corporations are indifferent to your customer loyalty.

Solution? I found a girl named "ZAHRAA" at the copy center. Smart, efficient, professional, and down to earth!! She definitely values the pertinence of the customer and will go beyond the call of duty to assist. So next time instead of getting upset or frustrated...go to ZAHRAA...lol.
