- Terrible #181549

Last time I was there some woman was talking on her cellphone REALLY LOUD about her real estate deal, while walking around the store., chortling to her phone partner etc. The staff ignored it like business as usual. Another example of disregard of customers.

Disaster. Left documents to print (special cardstock) and they did not do it on time (told to me to come back in two days! 5 pages letter size) . Very bad manners from the girl working here. Not at all professional. Go to the one in 2nd avenue and 66th. Way more efficient than here where they do not know what they are doing at all.
