Staples

This Staples lacked basic office supply items such as reinforced filler paper and certain Five Star Mead notebooks.

That said, their staff did their best to assist and find what wasn't displayed.

Great location with parking lot. Always has the office supplies I need.

The mailing services are good here. Everyone is friendly and always asks if they can help.

Normally doesn't carry as many products as other Staples but the service here has always been great. I've purchased a cash register from here, got the warranty and when it broke they exchanged it no questions asked. Pretty straight foward and no fuss. One time I bought plastic bins and they were displayed under the wrong price but they still honored it :)

They have 5 copy machines and none work. All say "paper tray is low on paper." The two I used were in disrepair. The first got jammed and it took awhile to get one of workers to unjam it for me. I told him the paper was low and he said just use the other machine. That one was low on paper too and it gave me copies on oversized paper even though I keyed in the letter sized paper. Took a long time to get help for that, since the two workers in the back were too busy talking to each other to help customers. Don't waste your time just go to another Staples, unless of course you have plenty of time to waste.
