Stand Up Mri Of The Bronx

This place is on top of everything! The staff is courteous, well mannered and professional! The place is very clean and neat! They send a car to pick you up and bring you back and they pretty much call you when it is time for your appointment! I can not expressed how much I am pleased with this place! I will always request my MRI's to be done only here! Nothing but good things to say about the place and the staff!

I can not say enough good things about this place. In January 2015 I had some x-rays done at the SU/MRI of the Bronx and was so impressed with their staff and facilities that I told all my family and friends about it. As a followup In February 2015 I had 2 MRI's at the facility.
I made the appointment and they verified my address to send a car to pick me up for the appointment. The car arrived exactly on time and dropped me at their office where I was quite early for my appointment. We verified some paperwork and I sat down to wait a few minutes for my scheduled time to be seen. In that time I observed that the place was immaculate & clean. I overheard the staff talking to some of their patients as they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The staff seemed to care about every concern and addressed them immediately with no reservation or poor attitude that we here in NYC have all experienced at other facilities.
I was very impressed. When my turn came up (right on time) I was directed to a changing room where I could secure all my belongings and proceeded to the MRI room. The room was again clean, bright well ventilated and equipped with a giant screen TV to help pass the time. The technician was quick to setup the equipment and each MRI only took about 20 minutes. The time passed quickly and I was not too uncomfortable in the machine. It got a little loud at times but not ear shattering in any way. Ear plugs were available but I think would have been overkill. I was done in less than an hour, waited 5 minutes for a copy of the CD's and the car was waiting to take me back home.
I think that the rest of the medical facilities should take a page from their book and provide such an experience in all of our visits to all medical facilities. Great Job people!!
