05/26 i visited the Sprint Store and to double check if my account is cancel . As soon as i enter the store i was greeted by Jack, he is very professional and chatted with me he advice me the wait will be around 2-3 minutes. Then i was assigned to Allan, their services was so great and friendly i ended up reactivated my service and i added another line for my sister. Jack came by few time to make sure everything is ok, and he even offer water while i was waiting. I highly recommend this store!!!!!

The service was great. I was helped by 3 very knowledgeable service reps, Jin, Alan, & Alberto. With the help of Jin & Alan they helped me pick the best option for my upgrade. They took their time & answered all my questions. Alberto helped with additional issues as well as getting me a super deal for a buy back of my former Note 3. I left a very satisfied customer.

Angel and Oscar... What can I say about these two!!!?!? Amazing guys amazing knowledge freaking fantastic customer service! i will never ever go anywhere else for phone service..they give you this great feeling of dependability and they always deliver. Ten thumbs up for this store and one hundred for angel and Oscar!

I love visiting this sprint store. The whole entire staff is very nice and respectful. They are also very helpful. I never have to wait in a long line. It’s a super fast and very convenient visit for me...

The Flushing Sprint store is the BEST! I came into the store to see Marissa who always greets me with a huge smile! She’s just absolutely amazing. She’s so professional. She assisted me with a bill payment. She also offered me a chance to win $100 by giving her 3 referrals. She is definitely my go to person for all my Sprint needs.
