This location has a STORE CREDIT ONLY RETURN POLICY which CONFLICTS with the SPRINT 14 Day return policy. I purchased a replacement phone charger for $32.00 from this store last night and realized 10 minutes later that I only needed a micro usb cord for $20.00. I attempted to to do a simple exchange and get the rest of my money back.
The clerk told me I CAN'T get money back ONLY STORE CREDIT for the remaining amount, even though I NEVER OPENED THE PACKAGE and I HAD THE RECEIPT to the item that was ONLY PURCAHSED 10 MINS AGO! WTF?
I called the sprint corporate, they told me to go to the corporate ran location, so now I have to walk way out of my way to do an exchange because this store has a "store policy" of only giving store credit bak....SMH, I need a new carrier......
