I'm not sure about the other reviews, but I certainly had a good experience at this store. Very helpful and answered all my questions. I came back to add 4 more lines. I'm very pleased with the service i got. =]

If you really need a charger or piece they will have it, but just be ready to haggle and hold your ground. They suckered me into paying more for a charger that I should ave ($20 - I could have gotten it for $5 online) by saying "it's an official Blackberry charger and we don't have a generic one." I went home and realized I was fed a line of BS!! Funny.
