I recently switched my service from At&t to sprint when i saw the Cut My Bill in Half advertisement on TV. I spoke to someone over the phone, The guy guided me through uploading my current bill online so that when I step into the store the sales person would be able to see how much would I be saving when i switched to sprint. I was honestly impressed by the service provided to me. They showed me exactly how much my bill would come out to be every month. They were able to transfer everything i had on the phone to my new Iphone. Even though the store was busy, the sales representative that was working with me didn't rush. He explained to me thoroughly about how much am i paying monthly and in the store and what exactly am i paying for.
I like the service provided to me, I returned one phone right away and other phone in couple of weeks. So far i have been with sprint for about 3 months and i like how the sales person was able to tell me exactly how much i would pay for the first month and then from first month my bill would be regular bill.
I like this place. I would recommend going to this place. Although, i would make an appointment before going there to avoid waiting in the line.

I went there around 1 pm looking to get a phone that would suite my needs. I spoke to Jeremy, he understood perfectly as to what i was looking for and helped me proceed through my decision of getting a phone. Also he noticed that i could get discount based on the current job that i had. He added the discount so my bill would be lower every month. I would go back to the same location every time i need help with something or just to say hi, and they would treat me professionally. I absolutely loved the service provided.

Initially the guy seems nice and seems really helpful - the problem is, he is dishonest. I went to him hoping to move from Verizon - my phone was cracked and the battery wasnt working but Verizon wouldn't allow me an upgrade because I wasn't eligible until next May. I also wanted to include my mom and my dad in my shared plan. Jeremy asked me if I wanted a 64GB phone. With my kind of work I really needed 64GB and my Dad likes to download lots of apps so he to needed 64GB. Not only did he not give us 64GB phones, which he straight out lied about, he added Assurion Insurance to our phones when I told him I didn't want insurance and was seeking insurance with another Company. He gave us 16GB phones and I would not have figured it out as it only says this info on the box and not the phone but when I tried downloading my apps, it said that I didn't have enough memory. I had to go back to the store, change me and my dads phone. I asked him to block my moms phone and he didn't do it. He has got to get better at doing the right thing for the customer. In addition, I had to pay an additional month on one of my verizon devices because he never cancelled out the service. Read the details folks before leaving this Verizon store - I guarantee Jeremy is not
